Scots gaelic for 'glorious', the Glormhor is an elegant and original piece based on Highland floral and foliage art of the 17th century. The hand carved scabbard and grip are made of the 'precious hardwood' Bog Oak, aged over 500 years. The hilt is hand carved in steel with an antique blackened finish and sterling silver twisted wire collars. 9 carat gold inlays highlight the foliage patterns on the crossguard and pommel. The blade's floral designs are a combination of engraving and etching techniques done by hand. The blade is high carbon German steel, hardened, triple tempered, and sharpened.

Blade length 39.5 inches, total length 55 inches. Balance point 3 inches from hilt.
