Made entirely by Dane's son Luke as a graduation gift, this is a handmade Western Style Custom Chef Knife.
The 8 inch blade is hand forged and grinded from stock 440C stainless steel. It features a hand drawn foliage design which has been etched into the steel.
The full tang handle is a combination of stabilised Masur Birch and Ebony, with brass pins.
