Most of the parts are coming together on these two traditional 18th century dirks, but much work still to do. All bog oak grips and scabbards, yet to be carved. Brass fittings on the left dirk, bronze on the right. The third will be more creative and artistic, still to receive carved bronze fittings, ebony wood grip, and birds eye maple scabbard.
